By recharging HK$100  for csl 5G Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card and creating RedNote post about “Travelling Hong Kong with csl 5G Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card” during the Promotion Period, we will choose most creative post and free iPhone 17 series smartphones. Terms and Conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”)

1. This Promotion is valid from 1 December 2025 (00:00:00 Hong Kong time) to 22 February 2026 (23:59:59 Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, you must be an eligible customer, who is a tourist using the csl 5G Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card and have completed Real-name Registration with travel documents (e.g. Hong Kong and Macao Travel Permit, The Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Macau ID or passport) (“Participant”).
3. Each Participant can enjoy the Promotion during the Promotion Period for one time only.
4. In order to enjoy the Promotion, Participant must recharge csl 5G Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card at least HK$100 and create RedNote post about “Travelling Hong Kong with csl 5G Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card” during the Promotion Period. Participant needs to upload the RedNote post link to the promo page. CSL will choose most creative answers and award below Prizes.

5. Winners of this Promotion (“Winners”) will be announced on the csl website/csl official RedNote by 1 Apr 2026 and notified via phone/SMS/email (via the phone number of the csl 5G Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card and the email at the time of real-name registration) before 15 Apr 2026 for prize collection. The SIM card registrant and prize claimant must be the same person. If the winner cannot be contacted (before 15 Apr 2026) or fails to collect the prize within the specified time (before 30 Apr 2026), the prize will be forfeited.
6. Winners must present valid identification for verification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
7. Color of Prizes will be randomly chosen by CSL which are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or other products.
8. Participants must confirm that the entry will not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. If the entry contains any inappropriate content, including but not limited to pornography, obscenity, obscenity, violence, profanity, defamation, abusiveness, coercion, harassment, political or religious statements, illegal material, negative comments about CSL products and services, negative comments based on race, religion and/or sex, content that infringes the rights of any third party or violates any law, objectionable or disturbing content, CSL reserves the right to remove the submission without giving reason and reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from participating in the event and/ or the right to award prizes and/or pursue legal liability against Participants. Participants are responsible for all civil and/or criminal liabilities that may be involved in the inappropriate content uploaded by them.
9. By submitting an entry, Participants grant CSL and its authorized representatives a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, modify, and publish the submitted entry in any media, whether now known or hereafter developed, anywhere in the world, without incurring any costs or liability for compensation of any kind to the Participants. Participants also agree that CSL and its authorized representatives are not required to provide any prior notice of, or obtain consent for, any use or action taken in relation to the submitted entry.
10. Employees and their dependents are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
11. If CSL suspects that a Participant have (i) carried out any activity that is or is related to any abnormal/suspicious activity, (ii) used improper methods, has been fraudulent or has interrupted or interfered with any part of this promotion, causing technical problems, or (iii) been unfair, dishonest, provided false or incorrect information, (iv) intruded and/or modified systems in relation to the promotion in any way, (v) use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual device, process, or means to access or take part in this promotion (vi) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of this promotion (vii) introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technically harmful, or (viii) any violated of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; CSL may disqualify the Participants from participating in this Promotion (in its absolute cancel discretion) without any notice and without any responsibility to any person, and reserves the right to seek compensation from the Participants.
12. Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

14. CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel this promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
15. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to the use of the Promotion, the Provider’s decisions shall be final.

Personal Data Collection Statement

Participants may provide their personal data voluntarily to participate in this Promotion. If such personal data is not provided by the Participants, CSL cannot process the application to participate in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, the Participants expressly agree that CSL may collect, use, and retain any personal data provided in connection with this Promotion or the awarding of Prizes (including but not limited to, RedNote username, telephone number, and email address) for the purpose of organizing this Promotion and related purposes, including verifying Participants’ identities and eligibilities for participation, announcing the list of Winners, contacting Winners regarding Prize collection, providing Participants with information related to this Promotion. Any personal data collected, used, and retained by CSL in connection with this Promotion or the distribution of Prizes will be in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the HKT Group’s Privacy Statement, which is available at https://www.hkt.com/privacy-statement?locale=en.
