Terms & Conditions:

General 

  1. By participating in the csl DCB Services Referral Program for (this “Program”), you confirm to have read, understood and accepted (i) these Terms & Conditions; and (ii) the Terms and Conditions of csl DCB Services.
  1. This Program is valid from 1 September 2022until 31 October 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Program Period”).
  1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:-
    1. csl DCB Services” means the Google Play Direct Carrier Billing (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/google-play-direct-carrier-billing/) and/or Direct Carrier Billing (App Store and Apple Music) (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/direct-carrier-billing-generic/)
    1. Rebate” means the Referrer’s Rebate and/ or the Referee’s Rebate (as the context requires).
    1. Referee’s Rebate” means the rebate set out in Clauses [9 and 10]
    1. Referrer’s Rebate” means the rebate set out in Clauses [7 and 8]

Eligible Referrer 

  1. To be eligible for the Referrer ‘s Rebate, you must:-
    1. be and remain as an existing customer of designated csl personal postpaid plans (the “Eligible Referrer Account”) before the Referrer’s Rebate is credited to your Eligible Referrer Account;
    1. use the csl DCB Services during or before the Program Period; and
    1. refer an Eligible Referee to use the csl DCB Service during the Program Period.

Eligible Referee 

  1. To be eligible for the Referee ‘s Rebate, you must:-
    1. be and remain as an existing customer of designated csl personal postpaid plans (the “Eligible Referee Account”) before the Referrer’s Rebate is credited to your Eligible Referee Account ;
    1. have never used csl DCB Services before 31 August 2022;
    1. use csl DCB Services during the Program Period; and
    1. complete the referral form (https://reg.hkcsl.com/csl-mgm-program/index_en.html) by providing, inter alia, the numbers of the Eligible Referrer Account and Eligible Referee Account by the end of the Program Period.

Exclusions

  1. The following customers are not eligible for this Program as Eligible Referrer or Eligible Referee:-
    1. Customers of corporate plans or corporate employee plans; or
    1. Customers whose account are terminated or suspended at any time before the Rebate is given.

(Collectively “Ineligible Referrer” or “Ineligible Referee”)

Referrer’s Rebate 

  1. Upon fulfilment of the requirements set out in Clauses [4 and 5], the following Referrer’s Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Referrer’s Account within 90 days after the expiry of the Program Period.

  1. Each Referrer can get up to HK$300 of Referrer’s Rebate for the entire Program.

Referee’s Rebate 

  1. Upon fulfilment of the requirements set out in Clauses 3 and 4, the Eligible Referee will be entitled to the a one-off Referee ‘s Rebate equivalent to the lower of (i) HK$20 or the actual amount settle via his csl DCB Services.
  1. For avoidance of doubt, each Referee can earn up to HK$20 of Referee’s Rebate for the entire Program.

Other Conditions

  1. All Rebates are non-refundable, non-transferrable and unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
  1. Unless otherwise stated, the Rebates cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers or privileges.
  1. The Rebate will be automatically applied to set off outstanding bill payment and cannot be used for other purposes other than csl bill payment.
  1. If Eligible Referrer Account or Eligible Referee account is terminated or suspended for whatever reason, any unused Rebate will be forfeited.
  1. No Rebate shall be payable for any referral made through Ineligible Referrers or to Ineligible Referees. You undertake, warrant and represent that the referral is not made through an Ineligible Referrer. We reserve the right to cancel, forfeit or claw back any Rebate in relation to any ineligible referral, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to us.
  1. An Eligible Referrer shall not in any way make explicit or implied representations to any persons, including customers, that he or she is a sales representative, or agent of CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) or csl or 1O1O by participating in this Program.
  1. Eligible Referrers and Referees cannot refer each other to enjoy the Rebate.
  1. Personal Information Collection Statement: Personal data you (whether as Referrer or Referee) provided under this program (collectively referred to as “Data”) is collected, used and retained by CSL in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the Privacy Statement of HKT Group (available at http://www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html). The Data, such as mobile number of Referrers and Referees used in this program, and their personal data in their respective CSL mobile service accounts concerned in this program, will be used for the purpose of this program and directly related purposes, including verifying eligibility of Referrers and Referees to take part in this program, crediting your accounts with offers and other follow-up activities associated with this program, or marketing activities subject to any consent which Referrers and/or Referrors may have previously given. Before joining this program, Referees should ensure that they, and ensure Referrers, have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and Referrers have given their consent to their Referees for using their csl mobile phone numbers for the purpose of this program.   1. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) apply.
  1. We reserve the right to change or terminate this Program, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, our decision and record shall be final and binding.
  2. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
